Radio, Radio

A journalist friend had a Father's Day piece on NPR (you know, like the CBC, but with a slightly different accent and more discussion of our bonehead president).

For people who like fathers, sons, jazz and/or New Orleans, check out this story.

Happy Fathers' Day. We had a good one and I hope you did too.

  1. Hey! That's great. That is the first time I have seen an American Blogger spell something out for the Canadians. I am Canadinan and feel like I am always doing that. Like, for example when we had May Long Weekend here, I explained what it was for the Yankees who might not know, and such. I knew what NPR was, but appreciated the explanation. I feel so snuggly now to you my southern neighbour. (that's right, we spell it with a "u")

  2. What a great story. Thanks for pointing it out.

Back at ya on the hope-you-had-a-great-day wishes!
